Event Description

3rd annual Brandon English Trail Run hosted by Building Fires.

Whether you are a seasoned runner or just starting out, this event is for everyone. If running/walking is not your thing. we have a great community event for the whole family to enjoy!

Community Event: Runners and walkers of all abilities come together for a flat and scenic 5K -ish trail run through the trees along the river of Boling Park.

Live Music: Local artists will be on stage. Bring your chairs to sit and enjoy!

Food Trucks: Community Bbq and Kona Ice 

For the Kids: 1 mile fun run, Bounce House/Inflatables, Cherokee County Fire Truck to touch and explore

Race Day Schedule:

5:00pm: Race Day packet pick up at Boling PArk

5:45pm: Kids 1 mile fun run start

6:00pm: 5K -ish Trail Run start

Winners & Awards

All runners will receive a race bib and a 2026 soft style race day t-shirt. Shirts are unisex adult sizing and youth sizing. Race day shirt is not guaranteed for those who register after September 1st.

Unique 5K -ish race medals will be awarded to overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall males and females. And 1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall finishers of the kids fun run.
