Our 8-week 5K program is perfect for beginners and those looking to get back into fitness. Join us for coached workouts every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 PM, designed to prepare you for the Southern NH Health 5K Run/Walk.
Each week we'll progress through structured walk/jog intervals and discuss essential running topics like nutrition, strength training, gear, and injury prevention.
