Event Description

S.A.F.E. 1 in 26 10K, 5K Run & Stroll is a family-friendly community event raising awareness and support for the 1 in 26 people who will be diagnosed with epilepsy during their lifetime. Participants of all ages and abilities are invited to join the 10K, 5K run, or stroll as we come together to advocate, educate, and inspire while supporting South Carolina's epilepsy community. Hosted by South Carolina Advocates For Epilepsy (S.A.F.E.), this event celebrates inclusion, awareness, and hope—one step at a time.
