Event Description

ROCKY RIDGE HALF MARATHON, 10K AND 5K: THE BIG RACE WITH THE BIG HILLS AND THE BIG CHECKS!

The 2016 Brazen Racing Half Marathon Championship Race will be the Rocky Ridge Half Marathon on October 1, 2016. This race will take place at the Las Trampas Wilderness, part of the East Bay Regional Parks in San Ramon.

Anyone may enter this race. There is no requirement of having run any other Brazen Racing event. Runners of all speeds are welcome to participate.

The course will include approximately 4,000 feet of ascent/descent and be a combination of fire trails (the largest portion), single track and a brief uphill section of paved trail (the smallest portion). It is generally considered the toughest course of the Brazen Racing events at this distance.

REGISTRATION REFUND/TRANSFER/CREDIT POLICY

Registration fees are nonrefundable.

Online transfers can be made (to a different race distance in the same event or to a different participant) until two weeks before the race.

Those cancelling their participation with at least two weeks notice will receive 75% of their entry fee toward a future Brazen Racing event.  Those giving notice with at least 72 hours notice from race start will receive 50% credit toward a future Brazen Racing event.  No race credit is given after 72 hours before the race.  No race credit is given for those unable to attend the event.
