Event Description

Fit Together Fitness RC is super excited to be bringing y'all back out to the scenic and beautiful Withlacoochee River Park. We were blessed last year with great weather and a wonderful time of fun, food and fellowship at the ingugural event. Will be mixing it up a little to give a similar flow but with different vintage points, offering a different but still fun and challenging course. The path will be well marked with flags, cones, arrows, and course monitors. Everyone will receive either a finisher or an award medal. The top male and female overall, male and female masters. Along with the top 3 in 10 year age groups up to 70+. There will be a virtual option for those that can not make it on the date of the event. We will also offer a shorter 1 mile option for the live on-site event. The awards ceremony and Gospel presentation will follow the conclusion of the 5K run/walk. As always we will share a wonderful day, and meal together out on the trails 👣 

*Along with our continued support and sponsoring of the Pines Christian Care Center in South Africa. We have also decided to honor the memory of our beloved run cub Framily member, Kat Evans. We have included her likeness in the race logo and will be giving an additional portion of the proceeds from the event to a local domestic violence shelter. Please do not live in silence or fear. Know that there are people that are ready, willing, and able to help. I ask that you continue to pray for her family. In particular her mother, brother, sister Anna, and her son Taylor who lost both his parents under these unfortunate circumstances.
