Join us Saturday, July 18, 2026 for the first annual Prince George's County Fitness Fair — a celebration of movement, community, and Black excellence in motion, hosted by Haraka Run and Walk, PG County's first and only running specialty store.

The Races

5K — 8:00 AM start
Kids Fun Run — 8:30 AM start
Both races take place along the scenic Rhode Island Avenue Trolley Trail. Whether you're chasing a PR or crossing your first finish line, every runner and walker is welcome — this is a celebration first, a race second.

Shop Haraka — Special Race Day Hours
Haraka Run and Walk will be open with special shopping hours for race day! Stop by before or after your run for expert gear recommendations, race-day essentials, and a first look at what's new on our shelves. Our team will be on-site and ready to help you find your next favorite pair.

Shoe Demos & Vendor Village
Stick around after the finish line — the fun doesn't stop at the medal table. We're bringing out demo shoes from top brands so you can test drive your next pair on the spot, plus a full lineup of local vendors, health and fitness resources, and community partners. Grab a bite, meet fellow runners, and make a morning of it.
