RUNNERS: TOP TWO males & TOP TWO females in the following age groups:
7&under, 8-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80&up
WALKERS: TOP TWO males & TOP TWO females overall
