Event Description

Lace up your sneakers and join us for the 1st Annual FWD FIT Katonah Family Fun Day 5K & Kids Mile! Celebrate fitness, family, and community with a scenic 5K through the Pepsi Campus. Thanks to the quiet morning streets, we'll take advantage of the area's peaceful roads, rolling hills, and picturesque neighborhoods for a fun and challenging course that's perfect for runners, joggers, and walkers alike.

Whether you're chasing a personal best, racing a friend, or simply enjoying a morning outdoors with your family, this event is all about getting our community moving together.

Awards will be presented to the Top 3 Overall Male and Female Finishers, along with Top Male and Female Finishers in the following age groups:

6 & Under (Kids Mile Run only)
7-10 (Kids Mile Run only)
11-13 (Kids Mile Run only)

13 & Under
14-17 
20–29
30–39
40–49
50–59
60+

Following the race, stick around for our Family Fun Day, featuring fitness activities, local vendors, games, music, refreshments, and plenty of opportunities to connect with neighbors and friends.
