Event Description

A family friendly 5k run or walk through Point Defiance where everyone who’s been affected in any way by cancer can come together and feel less alone. The net proceeds after event expenses will be donated 50/50 to Fred Hutch Cancer Center and Tacoma Multicare Home and Hospice. Our goal is to keep event expenses at a minimum so we can maximize the donations towards these 2 organizations who have helped our amazing mom, Sweet Caroline, through her 2nd and final battle with breast cancer.
