MARINA BAY 6-WEEK HALF MARATHON TRAINING PROGRAM

She Runs is a community of supportive and encouraging women who will be with you every step of the way!
She Runs offers a six week half marathon training program (13.1miles). The first training run for the Half Marathon will be 5 miles. Runs will get progressively longer as the training develops. ALL paces welcome!
EVERYONE has the capacity within themselves to improve their endurance. All you need is a group to help keep you motivated and the right coaching and guidance. Connect with this supportive group of active ladies in your community. Learn to pace yourself, complete the distance and improve your pace and get faster. She Runs will help you find the joy in running!
When Does The Program Start?
Training starts: Sunday May 8th 2016
Goal race: Sunday June 19th - Marina Bay Half Marathon at the Craneway Pavilion in Richmond
Participation in the race is encouraged but not mandatory.
When do the Training Runs Take Place?
Half Marathon Group Runs take place every Sunday at 8AM - starting Sunday May 8th
Training runs will be guided by coaches and pacers.
Where do the She Runs Ladies Meet?
First Run will meet at Road Runner Sports Berkeley: 1326 10th street, Berkeley.
The other training runs will take place within the Richmond or Berkeley border exploring many of our beautiful local trails.
How Much Does the Six Week Program Cost?
