🔥 BEAST MODE — HYBRID 5K CHALLENGE

Saturday, November 6, 2027 | Long Beach, CA

 Challenge combines a 5K run with four fitness challenges designed to test your strength, endurance, and determination. Run your 5K, enter the Hybrid Zone, complete all four challenges, then earn your way across the finish line.

📍 Location: 5400 E. Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, CA 90803
⏰ Event Start: 8:00 AM

🏃 THE CHALLENGE
Complete the 5K run first, then enter the Hybrid Zone:

JUMP — 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
Chest to the ground. Get up. Broad jump forward. Repeat for 80 meters.

LUNGE — 100m Walking Lunges
Keep moving forward through the entire marked 100-meter zone.

CARRY — 100m Sandbag Carry
Pick it up and carry it through the complete 100-meter course.

SQUAT — 100 Bodyweight Squats
No equipment. Just you and 100 squats between you and the finish.

Then you're released to the FINISH LINE. 🏁

5K. FOUR CHALLENGES. ONE FINISH.
You don't have to be an elite athlete. You don't have to be the fastest runner. You just have to be willing to work.
