Event Description

Join us at the YMCA of North Central Ohio for our annual Pump-Kin Run! Whether you are looking to benchmark your strength or set a new 5K personal record, this event offers two great ways to participate:

The Pump & Run Challenge: Prove your strength and speed! Bench press your body weight (or a percentage based on age/gender) for reps before hitting the course. Every successful rep deducts time off your final 5K finish time!

Traditional 5K Race: Prefer to stick to the pavement? Run or walk our standard 5K route and enjoy a crisp fall race with the community.
