Event Description

Lake Wilderness Triathlon is celebrating our 22nd year!!  This event is scenic in all aspects of the race and has something for every level of participation. This is an excellent venue for a first time triathlete and the triathlete that's looking for some great competition. We have many first time triathletes and those that compete in Ironman.  

The swim is in Lake Wilderness, you'll have a beautiful view of Mt. Rainier as you swim. The bike ride is along the rolling hills of Maple Valley and the surrounding area. The  run is along the Lake Wilderness Trial. This trail is about 10 feet across and it's soft gravel.  You'll have views of Mt. Rainer,  lake wilderness and beautiful Cedar River. Everyone is welcome to join us on this great event 

Lake Wilderness Run has beautiful trails to run along with views of Mount Rainer, Cedar River and Lake Wilderness.

Event Details and schedule:

Lake Wilderness park will open for competitors at 5:15am.  If you're picking up your packet the day of the event you can pick up your packet from 5:15-6:30am. 

Each participant must bring picture I.D. to pick up their packet .  You many not pick up a packet for other participants.
