Bring ten cans and a dozen cookies. Run a chip-timed 5K with the Double Stamp Run Club through Holland Park, then head inside to trade your cookies for a dozen different ones while the food you brought goes to a family who needs it this Christmas. The entry is free. The first beer is on us.

Wednesday evening, December 16, 2026 at Double Stamp Brewery in Holland Park, 813 Laurens Rd, Greenville, SC 29607. Get directions.

5:30 PM

Check-in & food drop-off

Pick up your bib on site and drop off your 10 food items. Bring your dozen cookies too.

6:00 PM

5K start

Chip start and chip finish at Double Stamp Brewery. All paces welcome; walkers too.

After

Cookie Exchange & first beer

Inside Double Stamp Brewery as soon as you finish. First beer is on us, 21+ with ID.

The Course

A 5K through Holland Park on the Double Stamp Run Club's Wednesday route, starting and finishing at the brewery. Course map coming soon.

Parking

Park in the Holland Park lots around Double Stamp Brewery. Give yourself a few extra minutes; it is a busy weeknight spot.

Club members vote on the best dozen at the exchange.

This is a club social, so it does not count toward Upstate Race Series standings.

Every can and box collected goes to an Upstate food pantry in time for Christmas. Partner to be announced.

The Upstate Running Club founded and manages the Upstate Giving Series, connecting race day with local nonprofits. Showing up with ten cans is the easiest way to be part of it.

Good to Know

Do I have to bring food to run?

Ten boxed or canned non-perishable items makes your entry free. Drop them off at check-in.

Do I have to bring cookies?

Bring a dozen to swap if you want to leave with a dozen. Homemade or store-bought both count.

Can I skip the run and just come for cookies?

Yes. Everyone is welcome at the exchange, members or not.

Who gets the free beer?

Every runner 21 or older gets their first beer on us. Bring your ID.

Can kids run?

Yes, all ages and paces are welcome.

Is there race-day registration?

Yes, on your phone until the 6:00 PM start.

What if the weather turns?

Rain or shine. Any changes go out by email and in the club Facebook Group.
