Event Description
It’s time for the 2nd Annual “Walk & Run 2 Heal Kids 5K & 10K” Sunday 4/29/18! We received overwhelming support and this year we expect to double the fun for our walkers, runners and supporters. Our race will be held in beautiful Woodley Park, Van Nuys, CA.
5K runners go through Lake Balboa Park and around the lake. 10K runners go past the golf course, following the LA river to the Balboa sports center soccer fields, then back into Lake Balboa Park and past the lake. Dont forget the Kids Fun Run at 9:30am
Participants receive a packed goodie bag, quality T-shirt, and entry into a fun-filled expo full of exciting vendors.

You can also register race day at Woodley Park -7am
Proceeds from the event will go to support the exceptional specialty pediatric care given to families regardless of their ability to pay at Shriners for Children Medical Center in Pasadena.
