Description

At the Y, swimming is a life skill. Our swim lessons prepare individuals of all ages to stay safe and have fun in the water, building strong and confident swimmers.

In the adult and teen swim program, swimmers will develop personal water safety and basic swimming skills. As the swimmer progresses, strokes are introduced and techniques begin to be refined.
