First Timer Sprint Triathlon Internet Training

Instructor: Sandra Sutherland; IM and USAT certified coach

Participants will receive weekly training and training topics each week. Topics include USAT rules, transition, sports nutrition, and techniques for a better race. Coach Sandra will also be available for online communication, assistance, explanations and encouragement.
