Honor all 1st Responders by celebrating their service and giving back to the community.
A sister race of the sell-out Run To Remember Boston, the event was started three years ago in Los Angeles by Police Of - cers and their friends to show support for those 1st Responders who have made the ultimate sacri ce and lost their lives in the line of duty.
Run to Remember Los Angeles highlights the history and glamour of Los Angeles as well as Hollywood while featuring all the amenities of a world-class road race.
Your run will begin at The Grove, known for LA’s best shopping, dining and entertainment. Then you will receive red carpet treatment as you run through the backlot of Paramount Studios. Inside the studio lot there will be a very special tribute to 1st Responders that we have lost in the line of duty and a lineup of over 60 new and vintage police and re vehicles. The course will take you through Hollywood hot spots and Los Angeles diverse communities. You will be entertained by some of the city’s nest and pay tribute to those 1st Responders who have made the ultimate sacri ce and lost their lives in the line of duty. Crowds will cheer you on and give you the drive to make a difference. You will even see some celebrities along the way.
Net proceeds of Run To Remember Los Angeles benefits local youth and community programs supported by our 1st Re- sponders. This includes the Sheriff’s Youth Foundation, Operation Progress, Fire and Police: Cadets, Explorers and PAL pro- grams, LA City and County Fire Department Foundations and programs of the Los Angeles Police Department and others.
