Event Description

The Lord's Gym Mud Run is an annual, military-style obstacle race in Northern California that challenges the endurance and mental toughness of beginners and experts alike. Crawl through mud pits, jump over walls, run across lakes, swing, climb and hang from your fingertips to overcome over 20 obstacles across a grueling 5 mile course. Take on the Mud Run as a team or individually. Open to everyone above the age of 13. Kids ages 4-12 can enter the Lord's Gym Kids Mud Run.

Minors ages 13 to 17 need to bring a copy of our minor release of liability waiver with them signed by a parent or guardian in order to take part.
