Run4Lexi 2018 is our 2nd annual color run at Guthrie Junior High to help create awareness for healthy living, raise funds for our Learn2Love program, and honor the life of our former student, Lexi Hastings.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

There are no minimum age requirements.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There will be no parking available in front of the junior high or in the parking lot across from the junior high. Please keep in mind that our 1 mile course is around the temple, so please use caution if you park around the temple. There will be liquid color being sprayed at walkers/runners.

What can I bring into the event?

You will be sprayed with liquid color (water +food coloring) as you run, so you will get wet. A white t-shirt will show the color best. Please wear appropriate clothing under the white t-shirt (sports bra, undershirt, tank top).

Bring a change of clothing/towels. We will have a water hose available to wash off if needed and restrooms available to change clothes. You might also want extra towels/old sheets to protect seats on the ride home.

Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from the color powder thrown at the beginning of the race.

Put your phone in a ziploc bag to protect it from the color powder and liquid color.

A hat/bandana will help protect your hair -especially if you have light colored or highlighted hair.
