1. Enter water by jumping from the side.
2. Headfirst entries from the side in sitting and kneeling positions.
3. Bobbing while moving toward safety.
4. Rotary breathing.
5. Survival float.
6. Back float.
7. Change from vertical to horizontal position on front and back.
8. Tread water.
9. Flutter, scissor, dolphin and breaststroke kicks on front.
10. Front crawl and elementary back crawl.
