WHAT IS SHARKEEZ?
Sharkeez is TMEC’s Summer Aquatic Program For Beginner & Intermediate level swimmers ages 4.5 and up. It’s the perfect introduction for new and non-swimmers into the safe and healthy sport of competitive swimming!
BEGINNER SWIMMERS
For new swimmers, we offer a comprehensive "Learn To Swim" program where your child can get an introduction into water safety, with floating, streamline, and breathing skills. Over the 2-week sessions your child will quickly gain confidence in their ability to swim, enjoy their time in the water, and will even learn basic freestyle stroke technique. INTERMEDIATE SWIMMERS
TMEC's Summer League provides swimmers with a fun introduction into the sport of competitive swimming. These 60-minute classes give your swimmer enhanced stroke skills under the guidance of TMEC's coaches. Your child will develop their kicking, streamline, and stroke technique which will increase their speed and efficiency in the water. At the end of the 4-week session, they will see how fast they have become at a real swim meet!
HIGH SCHOOL SWIMMERS
This program is for high school swimmers wanting to brush up on four competitive strokes, refine starts and turns; and build endurance. This program is also a great way for those in high school who would like to enter the swim club and be placed in a advanced competitive group.
Beginning High School Group: This group is for those who don’t know the all of the competitive strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle). This group is designed to learn all of these strokes.
Intermediate/Advanced High School Group: This group is designed for those who already know all the competitive strokes and to improve their endurance.
SCHEDULE
Learn To Swim: 2-week sessions. Practices are 30 minutes long Monday through Thursday and begin at various times between 12pm and 3pm.
Shark Attack Summer League: 8-week session. Practices are 60 minutes long Monday through Thursday. We also have 4-week session options as well.
COST
Learn To Swim: $80 per session*
Summer League: $100 per session*
High School Intermediate (1 hr): $180
High School Advanced (1.5): $200

The pool is located behind the school next to the fields.
Murrieta Mesa High School- 24801 Monroe Ave, Murrieta, CA 92562
The pool is located by the gym on the south side of campus.
