Joe D.I. Stefano (CSCS, RKC) Director of Training & Sport for the Spartan races and the Founder of RUNGA, is an international speaker, fitness expert and coach.  Joe has coached athletes from high school to professional level for 15 years and has instructed more than 100 workshops in over 10 countries.  His work has been featured by TEDx, top iTunes podcasts, Men's Health, Men's Journal, Outside and SELF Magazine.  We are beyond excited to be hosting Joe!!!
