Event Description
- The day of registration will open at 6:30 am and race will begin at 8 am. Pre-registered cost is $30; $20 for age 10 and under. Day of registration is $35 and $25.

- This course has been measured to USA Track and Field Specifications by Gene Witkowski, course Certifier
- Location- 7270 SW 120th street, Pinecrest, Fl 33156 - St Louis Catholic Church
- (Race will leave and finish from 72nd st entrance to the church)
- Race will be through beautiful Pinecrest with road closures and safety managed by the Pinecrest Police Dept
- Definitely a family-friendly race!
- This 5K is part of the yearly St Louis Catholic Community's Festival for the Poor. 100% of the profits from the race and entire 2 weekend Festival are donated to the needy in Dade County. (2015 Festival profit was $95,000 and ALL of it was given to charities that feed, clothe, house, counsel and aid the homeless, handicapped and indigent in our community. Some of the recipients are:
- Camillus House, Habitat for Humanity, St. Ann's Migrant Mission, KRISTI House; Project Cradle (AIDS prevention); Missionaries of Charity ( Mother Teresa's downtown homeless center); Project Gold (prevetion of human trafficking), A Safe Haven for Newborns, Humanities Food Bank, PATCHES
- Long Sleeve Moisture-Wicking performance T-shirts will be given to each participant- Adults sizes- XS- S- Med- Lg- XL- XXL
- We will have free granolas, waters, fruits etc
- There will be other vendors as well with products to try and to purchase
- Awards will be : Trophies will be awarded to overall male winners (1st, 2nd& 3rd) and overall female winners (1st,2nd & 3rd)
- Medals will be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each age division for both male and female racers
- Age divisions will be:
- 10 and under; 11-14; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 45-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75-79; 80 and above
- Awards will be given at completion of the race at the stage
