Event Description

The 3rd Annual Spring into Fitness Flower Power Fun Run/Walk will be a morning family 5k Fun Run/Walk and presentations that will highlight the importance of a healthy lifestyle through live fitness demonstrations and educational workshops on various health topics led by local businesses and non-profit groups. There will also be a Zumba warm up as well as nutritional snacks, goodie bags, t-shirt and finisher medals given to all participants of the Fun run/walk!

Top 3 placements for each age category will receive a placement medal.
