Description
Swimmers must be approved by Coach to attend GOLD + workouts. GOLD PLUS level swimmers must know all 4 strokes, basic turns, race starts and familiar with using the swim pace clock. Workouts will include: longer drill sets, endurance sets, with less rest time in between sets. Overall workout pace is more intense in yardage, challenge sets and rest times. No practices scheduled for 5/30, 7/4, & 7/5.
Please bring your swimsuit, towel, goggles and bottle of water.
