Level 3 - Stroke Readiness. To enter this level, participants must be capable of independently floating and swimming 5 body lengths on front and back with arm and leg coordination. Instructors will mainly focus on front crawl with side breathing and elementary backstroke, dolphin kick and scissors kick. Skills introduced include diving in deep water and treading water.
In the event that only one student attends class, the class time will be reduced to 20 minutes.
