Weekly clinics provide an extra opportunity for recreational swimmers to enhance their skills in a classroom and pool setting, with a focus on a specific skill each week.
This early meet preparation clinic will focus on dives. Students will also learn race start procedures and how every race can be a success.
A waiver of liability must be signed before any class participation.
Clinic will begin with lecture/discussion before moving to the water for skills practice. It is important that everyone arrive on time so they can hear the lecture/instructions before the water skills practice begins.
