Event Description
The 9th Annual Lupus 5K Awareness Walk takes place on Shelter Island. The route is a pleasant walk around the island with a cool breeze blowing, some art work and a beautiful view to look at. The Lupus Foundation of Southern California is the only LOCAL lupus organization, so all of your donations stay here in Southern California serving those living in Southern California.

9:00 a.m. Walk starts
When you arrive on the island look for the orange & purple baloon arch. We will be set up at the pier on Shelter Island. (About half way down the island) There is a lot of parking on the island, so you shouldn't have any problems finding parking. Be sure to wear sunscreen, sunglasses and hats.
