Spinning builds a stronger cardiovascular system, throw in strength and resistance training and you've got spin Mix! This class is the perfect combo when time is of the essence, and all levels are welcomed.
Participants should wear a cross-trainer type shoe which can be used for both Spinning and strength training. Bring a towel and water.
