Pro Cyclist Phil Gaimon has raced all over the world, but calls Los Angeles his home, and does the bulk of his training on the roads of Malibu, a secret hotspot for professional cyclists, who've been holding camps in the warm weather and perfect roads for decades. Phil designed the Gran Cookie Dough to share his favorite roads. With the help of celebrity chef Jeff Mahin, Phil is combining his passion for cycling with his other true love: delicious cookies. See how well they go together on November 6, with a day of great riding, cookies, and fun with Phil, Jeff, and other pro cyclist guests.
