Event Description

Join us for a 5KM run through El Dorado park in Long Beach! This run will start out as a monthly event, and we welcome runners of all ages and levels of fitness - even total beginners! Those with strollers are more than welcome too. Max. 20 people.

All you need to do is turn up (don't forget sunscreen, water and good shoes for running!). We will lead everyone round the 5km (3.1 mile) course and make sure no one is left behind.

Meeting place: Public Restroom #43, Long Beach, CA 90808 (you can park here). We will run an out and back route starting from there.

NOTE: This is totally casual and totally free to join, it is NOT a professionally organized event. Participation is at your own risk and you are entirely responsible for your own health and safety. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult.

Our Long-Term Goal....
If we can recruit enough regular runners, we hope to build this into an official ParkRun, the first in Southern California!
