Thank you for registering for the USAT Level I Coaching Clinic on October 24-25, 2018 in Tempe, AZ!
All applicants MUST submit and pass an online background check prior to attending the clinic. Instructions on how to complete the background check can be found here. The fee varies from state to state as well as out of the country applicants.
Clinic Times: When making travel plans, please plan on the clinic from Wednesday 7:20 AM – 4:30 PM MST and Thursday from 7:15 AM – 4:30 PM MST. Attendees must be present for ALL sessions to become certified. There are no exceptions.
Light snacks and lunches will be provided.

Hotel Room Block
There is a discounted rate at the Tempe Mission Palms available for clinics attendees for $179 (plus tax).
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation on or after July 23, 2018 results in a $25 penalty.
Cancellation on or after August 29, 2018 results in a $50 penalty.
Cancellation on or after September 12, 2018 results in a $150 penalty.
Cancellation on or after September 26, 2018 - NO REFUNDS and NO EXCEPTIONS
THERE ARE NO REGISTRATION TRANSFERS. If you cancel this clinic and want to attend another one, you must apply for the other clinic. Cancellation fees may apply. Your application cannot be transferred. There are no exceptions.
