Xanadu Race Management is proud to present to you the Original Hooters Half Marathon. We know the registration fee is hefty so on behalf of the non profit "Finish Lines For Scholarships" 501c3 we both thank you and plan to spoil you with a great race, goodies, freebies, and a fabulous time with Hooters and Michelob Ultra. You know our Xanadu races fill fast and this one is limited to 300 hundred so register early! The course using The Ream Wilson Trail System (completely paved) is shaded and scenic so it provides a great race route for you. The half marathon distance is a 2 lap 10k course that has you passing by our start/finish line and each volunteer group twice. Therefore, as you study the course please know that you will go past each zone twice. This 2 lap course option lands you at the finish line in a perfect 13.1 mile distance but also provides the option for you to opt to complete 10K only should you choose the lesser distance race on race day. Each distance will reward you with the one of kind Hooters finisher's medals being introduced for the first time in January of 2019. We look forward to seeing you there. Thank you for choosing to RACE LOCAL in Tampa Bay Florida with us. Your race entry includes your Hooters Race long sleeve tech shirt, free beer, free post race samplers and snacks, electronic timing on your race course and top finisher's awards for the first 15 males and first 15 females to cross the half marathon finish line. We do not offer age group awards in order to fill each of the 300 spots allotted with participants who are racing for their own person goals of speed and distance. There is no course limit and the race is open to all levels of ability.
Check in open race morning at Hooters at 6:30 a.m. by 7:30 then you can use our trolley service to simply choose to walk the short 1.5 kilometers with us to race start at Brigadoon and we will begin at 7:45 a.m. after your finish you will walk back to Hooters for our post race party which opens at 9 a.m.
