After an incredibly successful 2017 Inaugural event we excited to announce our annual commitment to raising awareness during the month of September for these two special causes.

Our two medical practices raise awareness, funds and recognize our loved ones gone too soon from these devastating diseases. September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month & Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month.  We will host this 5k on Sunday morning September 9th at 8:00am in downtown Celebration, FL.

We are calling for FULL COMMUNITY SUPPORT!! If you would like to VOLUNTEER, SPONOSOR, or help the race committee, please contact Jill White @ infoCS5k@gmail.com 

We believe that we accomplish the most by coming together with our community...we are hoping YOU will join us in this great cause!!
