Description

Do you know every secret of the Golden Gate park? This activity is for outdoor lovers. You?ll work your stamina in woodland paths or in the Kezar Stadium. You will be able to discover or improve your skills in Distance runs and cross country runs. If the weather is bad, you will stay on the Ortega campus and do some indoor conditioning.

Competitions of Cross Country will be offered by the SFAL & SFIAL league during the Fall and Spring. Come to experience various races and terrains in the Golden Gate Park! Transportation will be provided.
