50 Floors, 1,089 Steps, 500 Feet of Elevation—This is the Stair Climb for You!
Start by running up then back down the stairs, in the 14-story City National Bank tower. Head out and cross the parking lot through a series of obstacles (obstacles are optional). This course will lead you to the larger Morgan Stanley tower. Enter the North stairs then race up 22 flights. Water will be available every seven floors and on the rooftop. Exit to the roof, cross the finish line, then take a moment to enjoy the spectacular view and to revel in your run.
After a memorable photo, check your time, then head down by elevator to the lobby. Times will be posted, in the Winners' Circle, after the event. Only those who complete both stair climbs and obstacle course will be eligible for prizes.

You can arrive anytime between 09:00 and 12:00 to get your packet and T shirt, but the T shirts are ordered about 2-3 weeks before the event and we must guess on the sizes needed for those that register after that time. Shirts are first come first served.
You may park at any open parking spaces or the parking garage on the day of the event.
Waivers are e signed when purchased on active.com when using a computer. If you used another type of device we will not have an accepted waver from you and you will need to fill one out that morning.
Most people climb in a T Shirt and Shorts. If you are in the Public Safety Class you will need to bring your gear with you. Feel free to bring your camera for photos from the roof, but we will also have a photographer taking photos when people finish. These should be emailed out to you in the following two weeks after the event. There will also be a spot for professional group photos over looking the city view from the Helipad.
Now it's time to Stretch, Relax, and Breath! You will do great and have memories for years to come!
