The City of Oceanside Parks and Recreation Division and the San Diego Bicycle Coalition invite you to learn skills to be a safer cyclist in Oceanside.CLass will cover: Proper bike and helmet fit, safety tips for riding in traffic, techniques for navigating road hazards, emergency maneuvers, using public transit as a cyclist, your legal rights and responsibilities. Also get hands-on instruction in: Flat tire repair secretes, adjustments, minor repairs and quick fixes.
