Come join us July 4th weekend in Durango Colorado for the inaugural Durango Half Marathon. A spectacular and scenic run through Durango’s Animas Valley. The courses magnificent views of the Animas River as it winds its way through the base of the San Juan Mountains will not disappoint.

Make your visit to Durango memorable this holiday weekend. There is plenty to do in the Southwest for an extended stay. Race day is Saturday July 2nd, which leaves 2 additional days to explore all that Durango and the Southwest has to offer. Other activities in the Durango area:

Ride the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad.
Whitewater Raft the Animas River.
Mountain Bike or Trail Run on Durango’s world famous trails.
Visit Mesa Verde’s Ancestral Puebloan archeological sites and cliff dwellings.
