You’ll kick off your event Sunday, April 12, 2015 at WestWorld in North Scottsdale, located off Highway 101 and the Pima/Princess exit. Your Scottsdale Challenge Half Marathon & 5K is produced and hosted by Road Runner Sports in a proud partnership with the Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
Your 13.1-mile course is a fantastic tour of Scottsdale. Run around WestWorld equestrian center, push yourself through the rolling course around Scottsdale’s premiere golf course at McDowell Mountain Golf club, explore the canal, and power through Horizon Park. You’ll see a bit of everything that makes Scottsdale the West’s most western town. Your 5K course starts and finishes at West World in the pristine desert at the base of the McDowell Mountains.
