SWIM

A calm, protected swim in the Liberty Station boat channel. Speed through the 750m Sprint course or challenge yourself to the 1500m Olympic distance. 

BIKE

A challenging and scenic bike traversing naval bases and national monuments. Sprinters race through 22k, while Olympic athletes cruise up The Hill twice completing 40k.

RUN

A fast, flat run on the trails of the beautiful NTC Park. It’s a blazing 5k for Sprinters or 10k for Olympic distance competitors.
