5th Annual MSJ 5K - "Just for the Health of it"

Join us on a Friday evening "Just for the Health of it" for a 5K Run or Walk through Mount St. Joseph University and surrounding campus.

Benefit:
Proceeds: Benefit Health and Wellness programming on campus and in the Delhi Township
Course:
5 Kilometer course winds through the campus of the Mount St. Joseph University and the Sisters of Charity Motherhouse.
Divisions:
Run Divisions:14 and under, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over.
Walk Divisions: 29 and under, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over
Awards Recognition:
Top male and female runners and walkers and first male and female in each age division.
Pre-Race Snack and activities:
A healthy pre-race snack will be offered at 3:00 p.m. in Seton Lobby. Beginning at 5:00 p.m., music, health and wellness screenings, and Zumba will be offered in the Campus Quad.
Post Race Celebration:
Immediately following the race, refreshments, and yoga will be available.
Entry Fee:
$20 through Thursday, September 20 and $25 on Race Day
Youth and Senior discount:
(17 and Under or 65 and over) - $10 through Thursday, September 20 and $15 on Race Day.
MSJ student discount:
MSJ Students pay only $10 through Thursday, September 20 and $15 on Race Day.
No Sweat Option:
New for 2018: Can't make it to the race? You can still support the event by choosing the "No Sweat Option". We will include a race t-shirt with your registration (while supplies last) as a Thank You for your support
Race Day Registration and Packet Pick up:
Race Day Registration and packet pick up begins at 5pm in Campus Quad near the Administration building.
Registration includes Chip-timing, T-shirt, awards, pre and post-race refreshments.
T-Shirts:
All pre-registered participants will receive a commemorative race T-shirt with their registration. Must sign up by 9/1/18 to be guaranteed to get a shirt.
Registrations after 9/1/18 will include a cotton t-shirt (while supplies last).

Online registration will be available through Thursday, September 20, 2018
Register by mail:
Register by mail by printing and mailing a registration form. Mailed registrations must be received by September 14, 2018
Register on Race Day:
Register on race day at the venue from 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm.
Results:
Final results will be posted online here and at the race.
