Event Description

The Gem City Classic 15Kand 5K will be the final race in the Miami Valley Race Series, which includes the Crossroads 5K on June 8th and the Historic Germantown 8K on August 3rd! The race takes place at beautiful Island Metropark where it makes a fast and very flat loop into Downtown Dayton passing Dragon Stadium before making utilizing various portions of the largest paved and interconnected trail system in the United States before returning to the park via Deeds Point Metropark. Your entry includes,

• Custom finisher medals with sublimated ribbons for both the 5K and 15K (complete the entire series to earn an Ohio shaped medallion that connects the three finisher medals)
