Event Description

Pancreatic Cancer has the lowest survival rate of the major cancers and 3RD LEADING CAUSE OF CANCER-RELATED DEATH in the United States. PANCAN.ORG has WAGED HOPE on pancreatic cancer by vowing to DOUBLE SURVIVAL BY 2020.

Please help us WAGE HOPE at our 5th Annual ONE DAY PANCREATIC CANCER Run/Walk.

This year's event will consist of a 5K and 10K Run/Walk option.  Please join us at Silver Oak Golf Course as our SEA of PURPLE weave their way through the Silver Oak's neighborhood, up to Carson Tahoe Hospital and back.

Placement awards will be given to the top finishers in each age group (running and walking). 

All participants will receive a Finisher's Medal.

75% of the proceeds will be donated to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PANCAN.ORG) and 25% to benefit the Carson City Kiwanis scholarship fund.
