This activity focuses on improving endurance, form and efficiency in swimming. It includes drills, enhancing arm stroke and leg performance. All swimmers must be able to continuously swim 100 yards and be proficient in the four main strokes: front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Swimmers must have passed Level 4 or contact Sybil Penrose at 303.805.3282 or for a swim test prior to enrolling in the class.
