Event Description
St. Alphonsus Catholic Church and Blessed Francis Seelos Academy is pleased to invite you to our 3rd annual Harvest Home Twilight One Mile Fun Run and 5K!
This family friendly event will take place in beautiful North Park at the Harmar Pavilion located close to the North Park Swimming Pool on South Ridge Drive.
The One Mile Fun run will begin at 6 PM and the 5K will begin at 6:30 PM, on Friday, September 7, 2018.
Important Dates:
Last Day to register to be guaranteed a T-shirt: Sunday, August 26th. After that date orders will be filled as received. If a size runs out, we will give the next size up until all t-shirts are distributed. Thank You!
Last Day of Online Registration. Thursday, September 6th 12:00 NOON
Pre-Race Packet Pickup. Thursday, September 6th 5-7 PM. Blessed Francis Seelos Academy (formerly St. Alphonsus School) entrance, 201 Church Road, Wexford, PA 15090
Race Day Registration. Friday, September 7th 4:00-6:00PM, Harmar Pavilion (North Park)
The course:
The 5K Course is a two-loop, certified 5K road race starting across from the swimming pool and ending between Harmar Pavilion and Pie Traynor Field.
The Kids' 1-Mile Fun Run (ages 14 and under) will be an out and back loop that follows part of the 5K course .
The race will be timed by Miles of Smiles Timing Service. Results will be posted on the Miles of Smiles Website.

Race Goodie Bag including: Glow Sticks, Come Ready Nutrition Products, items donated by local businesses
Dri-Fit T-shirts
Refreshments during and after the race, including a Hot Dog cookout, will be generously donated and provided by Frissora & Associates.
5K Awards:
Top 3 male and female overall finishers (Trophy and Gift Cards)
Top male and female Masters (over 40): (Trophy and Gift Cards)
Top 3 in the following age groups: (Handcycle, 10 & under, 11-14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+).
Special awards:
1st time 5K participant medal
Seelos Double Medal (Completing both the 5K and 1 mile events--14 & under only)
Gift cards for breaking the SAHH 5K race record (male, female, handcycle, masters)
1 mile Awards
Top 3 male and female overall finishers
Top 3 in the following age groups: (0-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14)
Parking is at the North Park Pool Parking Lot. Walk to the Harmar Pavilion from the Parking Lot. All race proceeds will support Saint Alphonsus Catholic Parish and Blessed Francis Seelos Academy Catholic School.
