Join FLYWHEEL SPORTS, bRUNch RUNNING CLUB and SKYLINE BEER GARDEN for a trifecta event. 

Reserve your spot in the 45-minute 5:30 pm Flywheel class - SIGN-UP NOW 

Our signature high-intensity interval training ride that includes climbing through heavy hills, sprinting through fast flats, jogging up-and-down mixed terrains and racing against others in the epic class that's changed countless bodies and minds. 

*Register for class at flywheelsports.com - registration window opens the Sunday before class but if you create a profile and purchase a class credit we will get your bike reserved! 

Join bRUNch RUNNING for a 1 miles run through the Union Station neighborhood. 

The run will start at 6:30 pm from Flywheel Sports and will end at Skyline Beer Garden. Be sure to wear gym shoes to class so you are ready to go for the run portion of the night! 

Enjoy a complimentary beer + socialize with friends at SKYLINE BEER GARDEN 

The run will end at Skyline Beer Garden where all participants will receive a complimentary beer + an exclusive goodie bag!
