Event Description

Join this community walk/run group to complete a 5K event on September 17, 2016

Your partner and trainer, Deb Breen, is a Road Runners Club of America certified running coach. The cost of this community walk/run group program is FREE; However, should a participant desire weekly training plans, tips and group T-shirt, then the cost is $35 and includes the following:   
                                                      
-Team Oracle Walk/Run T-shirt

-A nine week (3 days per week) training plan (sent weekly via email) to get you from the couch to the finish line with a smile!

-Once a week group walk/runs with coach Deb in Oracle on Friday or Saturday mornings 

-Start time will be 6:00 am @ MVS track* 

*Earlier or later start time and/or location will change as weather and training plan necessitates
