Event Description
The 7th annual Paul Mitchell XTERRA Arizona Trail Run Series kicks off at Estrella Mountain Park on October 2, 2016. Both courses are based at the competiive loops off of Avenida Estrella behind PIR. There are two (or three) major hills and a quite a few twists and turns as the course winds through the valley desert. You finish the last half mile with a wide descent to help propel you across the finish line. The event also includes a huge post-race breakfast spread and post-race festivities complete with awards and raffles.

20K COURSE INFO: Start time: 6:45 am Route: 1 technical loop clockwise, 1 long loop counterclockwise. 6 aid stations with water, Gatorade, and gels.
8K COURSE INFO: Start time: 7:30 am Route: 1 technical loop clockwise. 2 aid stations with water, Gatorade, and gels.
COURSES CLOSES: 10:30 am
We recommend that you arrive 1 hour before start of event to allow adequate time for parking, packet pickup, and warmup.
