Event Description

A fun fitness class for girls of Lincoln Elementary - grades 1st to 5th grade.  Class includes run/walk segment, yoga segment and mindfulness segment.  Program is 6 sessions, 1.5 hours long.   (Space is limited)

Wednesday class at Lincoln Elementary in Sayville - (3:30pm to 5:00 pm)- 6 Sessions - 10/24, (no class on 10/31), 11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 11/28, 12/5

Location- At Lincoln Elementary School- Exact meeting spot to be determined.  3:30 to 5pm

Price:  $110.00 (plus runsignup service fee). 

Your child will need a yoga mat and bottle of water at every class.  Student will be dismissed to our meeting location at the school.  We will have an outdoor and indoor space.

We will have class rain or shine.  No make up classes and no refunds. 

No refunds after you register.  No transfers of registration to someone else.
